Teachers, Beatings and Protests
When Albert Einstein goes to school, it is not only the classrooms that are different as we know them today. The teachers are also quite different. They demand discipline and order, are very strict and quick to punish. That can even beat the children - and they do it too.

Albert does not fit in at all. He resists the military discipline and the complete obedience that is demanded from him. This is not well received by his teachers at all. One of them even predicts that "nothing will come of him!" If only the man could have known that he had a future star scientist before him...
